Forming a web/graphic design team - 10 to 20 team members
at D (Anywhere)
Objective:
I am doing an experiemental project, the main objective is to try to find the right members to set up a web/design firm.
Requirement:
I am looking for candidates that is good with graphic design, like logo, name card, brochure and etc. Also looking for candidates that are good in animation, Flash, 3D rendering and etc. As well as looking for those with skills in web design, website layout and etc.
How it Works:
We will get business leads from a sales & marketing company. When we get a lead, each member will come out with a design/sketch for quoting/proposal. When we get the business, the designer who came out with idea/sketch that the client choose will be given the project.
Service Pricing:
We will have a fix price in all our services, for example logo will be $120, brochure $120 (per page) etc. So there is no dispute or conflict, everything is fixed.
Salary & Profit Sharing:
There is no salary. Whoever's design/sketch is selected and done the project will get the 100% of the project payment. For example, for a logo project, the selected designer will be paid $120 upon payment from client.
What Do You Need To Do:
You do not need to quit your job or study. You only need to do this during your free time, at home. BUT only serious candidate with the right attitude, skills and whom have the same direction should apply.
Selecting Candidates:
Please present yourself well, CLEARLY specify your expertise/skills. And put forward your nicely done portfolio in a PDF format.
Project Duration:
3 to 6 months depending on situation. It may also be sooner or may be later.
At the End of the Experimental:
Those selected to join the experiment will need to prove themselves during the experimental period. Those that are not hardworking or incapable will be filtered out.
Anyone can apply, but only selected candidates will be notified. Any age, any race and any gender. No specific education level, and no specific experience needed. BUT please, only apply if you are sincerely interested in this project. More info will be provided for the selected candidates.
