Responsibilities :

• Build efficient and creative websites and web applications (primarily in PHP/MYSQL).
• Plan and involve in the overall web development life cycle process.
• Perform web testing, upgrade, update, debug, maintenance and support.
• And miscellaneous programming/design/web related/data entry/SEO tasks.

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Should be experience in software development on open source platform, PHP/MySQL, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, CSS etc.
• Knowledge in SEO, Accessibilities and W3C Compliant Website.
• Good understanding of database methodologies.
• Understanding of e-security like SQL injection attack, perimeter scanning etc.
• Understanding of multi-tier architecture.
• Experience with CMS like wordpress, joomla and drupal etc.
• Those with some design knowledge using photoshop/illustrator/flash will be a big plus.
• Must be able to meet deadline, even if it is on weekend, if necessary.

Personal:

• Good communication skills. Problem solving skills. Dedicated, self-motivated, organize and able to meet deadline.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and can work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Professional certificate, diploma or degree in computer studies or any equivalent field of study.
• Those without qualification but with years of equivalent working experience will be considered as well.
