Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development Manager in strategic business plans execution.
• Support BDM on main administrative work when they are in field.
• Monitor annual business plans, keep track and monitor key activities, priorities and risks.
• Build relationships with local leaders.
• Work with BDM to develop, compile and submit regular reports to MD and Head of BD and discuss opportunities, changes and challenges in the region and suggest solutions.
• Ensure Agents, Stockist’s compliance to SOP’s, processes and suggest sanctions when necessary.
• Familiar with change management.
• Familiar with research and report writing skills.
• Good communication skills,relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem solving and decision making abilities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in in Business Developemt; preferably MLM industry.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team, build strong relationships and able to communicate well at all levels.
• Self motivated with a positive attitude to effective relationships with different cultures.
• Full-Time positions available.
