Technical Writer/Information Management Admin
at CTES Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore
Responsibilities:
1) Manage Technical Support Documentation:
- Convert it into Documentation intended for Internal & External Audiences.
- Publish Technical Support Document (including FAQ) to Sales Companies via Support Web and Public Web.
- Database Maintenance on Software Support Group related Technical Support Document.
- Provide Technical Assistance for Marketing based project e.g. Brochure and Video Creation.
2) Document Editor for Technical Support Documents
- Assist Technology Center in their English before publishing their Technical Documents and Regional Meetings.
3) Administrate and support on Company’s Website
- Publish and maintain Technlogy Center Activities
- Publish and maintain RiDP or SDK information.
4) Technical Analysis of Field Technical issues(First & Second Level)
- Analysis and provide resolution to the above Field issue.
5) Information Analysis
- Analysis Pre and Post Sales Support Activities relating to Technology Center Published Information.
- Analysis Pre and Post Sales Support Activities with the Sales Companies.
6) Self Improvement in the area of Workflow
- Suggest and make effort to improve in term of Group and Individual Performance.
7) Cross Function Participation
- Participate and achieve Company - Cross Function Objective and Target
8) Strategic Management by Objectives (SMO) Participation
- Participate and achieve Division - SMO Objective and Target
9) Technology Center Action Plan Participation
- Participate and achieve Group - Action Plan Objective and Target
10) Administrate and support on Technology Center Equipments
- Maintain our Test Equipments and Software for Testing and Training.
11) Any other task assigned by your supervisor relating to your work from time to time.
Requirements:- Diploma/ Degree in Computing/Software/IT or its equivalent
- More than three years experiences of networking products or computing products or software support specialist preferable in the same industry.
