• Aggressively sell the Investment Business Model and meet the sales targets allocated to the Centre from time to time.
• Achieve zero customer complaint in service rendered and handling of customer’s trades instructions.
• Ensure adherence to the Bank’s internal policies and procedures on SMF business and to comply with Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and any other relevant regulatory rules applicable to the equities business and that of other Investment Products currently existing and implemented from time to time.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in work by capping operational/dealing loss on an individual basis and the Centre not exceeding the total numbers permitted for the Financial Year. Operational loss is that amount of loss incurred as a result of human errors and inefficiencies, independent of system shortcomings.
• To manage the clients account effectively to ensure adherence of FMR and to ensure staff adherence and execution of instructions on margin calls, forced sale and recovery within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure that all trading tasks are completed according to set procedures and time frame to prevent any untoward losses to the Bank.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, outgoing, self-motivated, team player with good contacts for sales growth.
