Sales Manager
at Besco Building Supplies (SEA) Pte Ltd in Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing strategies to achieve budgeted sales and margin.
- Research competitive activities and devise counter strategies.
- Source and manage market and projects information to ensure full market knowledge.
- Deploy sales force efficiently to ensure full market coverage.
- Ensure that the yearly budget sales and specifications are met.
- Monitor the sales team’s sales and collections performance.
- Ensure that the sales team follow up on all existing and prospective clients by monitoring and managing each sales executive’s volume of specifications, quotations, orders level, success hit rate, customers relationship and activities level.
- Plan and develop effective sales kits for sales teams example sample, brochures, presentation flip chart, technical details, mock up etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Construction or equivalent with 5 years working experience in specifications and sales with at least two years in supervisory role.
- Knowledge of seating / acoustic wall products an advantage.
- Manage a team of sales executives to ensure that all targets, in terms of sales, margin and collections are met.
- Self motivated professional with strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skills.
- Applicants must be Singaporean or PR
- 5 day work week
- Possess own vehicle.
