• Responsible for the overall supervision and management on compliance and operational matters on Unit Trust Fund and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in accordance with the Trust Deed, SC Guidelines and other relevant applicable laws and regulations governing the industry.
• To achieve targeted business growth for Unit Trust Fund/REITs.
• Review and re-engineer manual workflow in order to continuously develop an efficient and effective automated operation working system.
• Perform independent compliance review on Unit Trust Management Company on compliance with the SC Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Understand customer’s need and expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through service level provided.
• Motivating and coaching subordinates to attain high skills level to meet daily operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience/knowledge in Trustee Services especially in Unit Trust is preferred.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills.
