Needed 2 home based web developers.

You need to be good in:

• php – you must be good in this language
• asp.net – it will be a big advantage if you know .net
• wordpress – you must be able to create a wp theme from scratch
• joomla – it will be a big advantage if you know joomla and other CMS
• css – you should be able to create a table-less css website
• independent – you must be able build a full database driven website from scratch, from db setup and installation, to implementing layout and design, to a complete running website
